In Sweden, December is the darkest month of the year. The sun barely rises above the horizon. But in NOVEMBER, the lack of snow and Christmas lights that brightens the surrounding landscape, makes everything grim and dark. All the colors are gone, and all there is is grey, dark blue, and black. Truly a month for rest and slower pace.
