All glazes on the cups, mugs and tumblers are non-toxic and drink safe (of course!), and most of the glazes on the trays, plates, bowls are also non-toxic and food safe (if not informed otherwise in the product description).

Some glazes om my interior accessories are toxic/not food safe, since they are made for decoration. Please read the description for each product to ensure proper use. These items also have the stamp for “not food safe” underneath (a wine glass and fork icon that is crossed out).

Yes, and no… Every item is dishwasher safe, but for the most beautiful and longest life possible, gentle hand-wash is recommended to not damage the glaze surface.

The ceramics are microwave safe. But, it’s not recommended to place the ceramics in the microwave and/or the oven. The ceramics are sensitive to sudden temperature changes as this is likely to cause thermal shock, which can result in the item cracking.

LULA WELLBEING is a very small business. The shipping cost is the actual cost the couriers charge. I don´t make any money on the shipping fee you pay (rather the opposite). My company do not have the margins to cut the shipping cost lower, because I lose to much money doing so. The nature of the products I sell is heavy and fragile, so unfortunately the shipping costs are high since I need to pack the ceramics safe, so it won´t break on its way to you.

I always strive for every item I make, to look the same as the product image on the website. But each ceramic item is handbuilt or hand thrown and individually glazed. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations and irregularities in size, shape, colors and patterns are to be expected. This makes every item unique and original. The only time a product should look like the picture, is when you buy a one-of-a-kind item.

Furthermore, LULA WELLBEING unfortunately can’t guarantee that the colors displayed in the pictures on our webshop are true to the product in reality. But I do my utmost to ensure that the images corresponds to how the product look in real life.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LULA WELLBEING and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof). 

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. 

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). 

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

Syftet med GDPR är att stärka individens rätt till kontroll och skydd över personuppgifter samt att skydda en persons integritet. Det betyder att LULA WELLBEING behöver följa ett antal regler med strikta krav om när och hur personuppgifter behandlas. GDPR gäller så fort ett företag eller organisation hanterar information om någon som direkt eller indirekt kan kopplas till en levande person.

vad är en personuppgift?
En personuppgift är all slags information som kan knytas till en specifik person. Det handlar om till exempel: namn, adress, telefonnummer, e-postadress, IP-adress, uppgifter om kreditkort och andra betalningsmedel och annan elektronisk identifiering.

vilka personuppgifter behandlar LULA WELLBEING?
I samband med att du placerar en order hos LULA WELLBEING lagrar vi de personuppgifter som du som kund lämnat. I detta innefattas namn, adress, mailadress, mobilnummer och uppgifter om kreditkort eller andra betalningsmedel.

Denna information sparas för att vi ska kunna hantera din order, leverera dina varor till angiven adress, hantera betalning och eventuella returer eller reklamationer. 

Om du accepterat att ta del av LULA WELLBEING's nyhetsbrev lagrar LULA WELLBEING din mailadress för marknadsföringsändamål (som nyheter och erbjudanden). Din mailadress lagras också om du kontaktar LULA WELLBEING per mejl vid eventuella frågor eller om du handlar av LULA WELLBEING på marknad och angett din mailadress för att få kvittot digitalt.

LULA WELLBEING behandlar alltid dina personuppgifter i enlighet med tillämplig lagstiftning. LULA WELLBEING behandlar kunders personuppgifter på den rättsliga grunden att det är nödvändigt för att fullgöra ett avtal med dig som kund.

hur dina personuppgifter behandlas.
LULA WELLBEING lagrar dina personuppgifter så länge som det är nödvändigt för att fullgöra åtaganden gentemot dig i det enskilda fallet. Inga exakta lagringstider för personuppgifter har fastställts i Dataskyddsförordningen/GDPR, men LULA WELLBEING jobbar systematiskt efter grundprinciperna att begränsa och kontinuerligt radera personuppgifter som inte längre är nödvändiga att spara. LULA WELLBEING försäkrar också att vi gör allt vi kan för att hålla dina personuppgifter säkra och korrekta.

dina rättigheter som kund.

rätt till information: du som kund har rätt att när som helst få ut information om vilka personuppgifter vi har (eller inte har) sparade om dig.

rätt till rättelse: du som kund har rätt att när som helst få felaktiga eller ofullständiga uppgifter om dig rättade eller korrigerade. 

rätt till radering: du som kund har rätt att när som helst begära att få dina sparade uppgifter borttagna. LULA WELLBEING kan dock inte inte radera dina uppgifter då det föreligger ett lagstadgat krav på lagring, som vid exempelvis bokföringsregler.

rätt till dataportabilitet: du som kund har rätt att kräva att personuppgifter flyttas från personuppgiftsansvarig till en annan. Detta gäller inte uppgifter som lagen kräver att vi behåller.
